I'm a mom of 3 with a positive outlook on life and a love for it. I lost 50lbs naturally and have kept it off. I love coffee and working out. I love food that heals, food that doesn't and food that can be deliciously sweet or savory without compromising health. I love dressing for me, thrifting and less expensive items with quality.
