I am an educator, counselor, and small business owner with nearly three decades of experience supporting children, families, and organizations through thoughtful leadership, relationship-driven work, and purpose-centered growth. My career spans education, behavioral health, adoption services, and entrepreneurship, all grounded in a deep commitment to helping people thrive.

Currently, I serve as President and Owner of Bang & Olufsen and Vybe Systems, Inc., where I organize operations, develop marketing strategies, plan events, and foster meaningful community collaborations.

Before launching my business, I spent over 15 years as a teacher in both public and independent school settings, working with students from kindergarten through high school. I specialized in multi-age and differentiated instruction, curriculum development, literacy, and team leadership. I have also worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician, providing one-on-one support for children with autism and developmental disabilities, collaborating closely with families and clinical teams.

Earlier in my career, I served as an Adoption Specialist, guiding prospective parents through the adoption process and supporting families through home studies and post-placement visits. Across every role, my focus has remained consistent: supporting children, empowering families, and building strong, compassionate communities.

In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in volunteer service, including youth advocacy, animal rescue, and peer support leadership. I bring empathy, organization, and heart to everything I do and I am always excited to collaborate with others who are passionate about education, community impact, and purposeful work.
