Through Kaïra du Femme, she offers premium activewear designed to inspire confidence and movement, while The Movement provides boutique wellness experiences including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, Zumba, and special events such as Grace & Flow and Pilates on the Beach. With a passion for entrepreneurship and women’s wellness, Kristy is committed to creating spaces where women can grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually while building meaningful connections.
