Hola, I'm Karen Martinez, founder of KSM Wellness, a wellness community in Arizona dedicated to helping women build sustainable habits through fitness, nutrition, and meaningful connections. As a certified fitness trainer and barre instructor, nutrition coach, and event host, I create experiences that make wellness feel approachable, enjoyable, and inclusive.
