I used to be active on IG and Facebook but find myself there less often now.
I am based in San Diego and have been a CrossFit/Fitness Coach (part-time) for 10 years.

I play Ultimate Frisbee competitively. My Beach team took 5th place at 2024 Nationals, my Grass team took 8th place at 2024 Nationals and I am going to WORLDS in November. I also have an application in for Team USA for Beach WORLDS next year.

I am also involved in lots of community groups including those for hiking, biking, yoga, pickup Ultimate Frisbee, etc. I LOVE sharing healthy ideas and products with my communities!!! NA beverage options, like HOPWTR, are an important part of my healthy lifestyle that allows me to participate socially in all events despite stopping drinking years ago.
