My name is Kyra Cordes, and I’m a freshman at Central College in Pella, Iowa. I’m a two-sport collegiate athlete, competing in both cross country and track, and I’m majoring in kinesiology. I’m passionate about health, fitness, and helping others feel their best — both physically and mentally. As a student-athlete, I love sharing authentic glimpses into training, recovery, and the balance of college life, all while focusing on wellness and performance.
