I am a professional personal trainer and the founder of Sculpt Onyx, a fitness brand dedicated to high-performance strength training and intentional wellness. Based in Bergen County, NJ, I specialize in 1:1 body transformations, helping women build functional strength and confidence through science-backed movement.

I am committed to building a powerful local ecosystem by partnering with women owned businesses and wellness innovators to create high energy, community driven events. Whether I’m coaching a heavy lifting session in Englewood or hosting a "Sculpt & Glow" social in Hackensack, my mission is to provide my community with the elite tools and recovery resources they need to sustain a high performance lifestyle.
