Westside Family Health Center (WFHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center, based in Culver City, California committed to advancing health equity through the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centered care. Through seven core programs, WFHC addresses the interconnected health needs of low-income women, men, and children regardless of their ability to pay.

In 1974, a dedicated group of feminists and mid-level clinicians launched the Women’s Health Care Project with the mission of empowering women through education, focusing on understanding their bodies and health. Over time, care was made available to men and children and services expanded to meet the growing needs of the community including prenatal, pediatrics, adolescent health, and family practice. In 2000, the Women’s Health Care Project became Westside Family Health Center. Last year, over 12,300 patients called WFHC their medical home.
