Laura Ruiz is the Project and Program Manager at Living Arts of Tulsa, where she oversees community-driven arts programming and large-scale cultural events. She holds degrees in Anthropology and Museum Studies from The University of Tulsa and is passionate about building accessible, engaging experiences that connect artists, audiences, and local communities. Her work includes coordinating Tulsa’s annual Day of the Dead Festival, a multidisciplinary celebration of art, remembrance, and cultural tradition.
