I'm Laurén, mom of a 3 year old and founder of Her Theory Fitness App.
- a fitness community designed to help women build strength and confidence through realistic, evidence based training. Along side my app I love sharing tips and tricks for your fitness journey from my post partum transformation to
my daily habits. I also enjoy sharing a side to me that is above all- being a mom. I have
been a content creator since 2016 and have had the pleasure to work with amazing brands
