Lauren Fyhrie
Hello! My name is Lauren Fyhrie, and I serve as the Tenant Experience Coordinator at The Dayton’s Project in Downtown Minneapolis. My role centers on all tenant and public-facing initiatives within a property unlike any other.
The Dayton’s Project is more than just a commercial building, it’s a cultural landmark. With a rich history spanning Dayton’s, Marshall Field’s, Target, and Macy’s, the space holds deep nostalgic value for Minnesotans. Because of this legacy, public perception plays a vital role in our identity.
I draw from that heritage to create meaningful experiences for both our commercial tenants and the public. Since starting a year ago, I’ve built a strong, active community through weekly dirty soda bars and bi-weekly themed tenant events, hosted around everything from holidays to pop culture moments. We see daily foot traffic and regular participation from professionals across a wide range of industries.
In addition to events, we’re looking to activate our street-facing window displays as another avenue to highlight brand partners and enrich the building’s visual storytelling.
We’re currently seeking product-based partnerships, local or national, to showcase at our events and in these displays. We’re not looking for funding, just product support. In return, your brand would receive organic promotion to an engaged audience of over 11.5k Instagram followers, 10k Facebook followers, and frequent in-person traffic from both tenants and downtown visitors.
If you see an opportunity to collaborate, I’d love to connect!
