Hi! I'm Lauren Mihalchik, a local amateur natural NPC bikini bodybuilding athlete and mom from Newbury, MA. As someone passionate about health, fitness, and clean eating, I'd love to explore potential partnerships within the health and wellness space, including brands that are family-friendly.

The content that I share is related to my health and fitness journey, my "regular" life as a mother, working professional within robotics, and my outdoor adventures. Being outside breathes life and inspiration into me.

Here’s a blurb about my 2024 NPC prep season: I competed in a NPC show in June 2024, and have plans to step on stage again August 3rd. To show my level of commitment and discipline, I want to share that from February to June 2024, I shed over 11 pounds of fat and dropped from 19% to 13.1% body fat based on DEXA scans. I'm committed to continuing my cut. Depending on how my body does, I may compete in a natural show in September (to be determined!)

Health and fitness is something I’m extremely passionate about. My journey began in 2014, and I’ve naturally lost over 90 pounds. Clean eating, macros, and properly fueling and hydrating my body are an everyday part of my life. I’m really passionate about being more aware of consuming excess artificial sweeteners and what ingredients food and drinks contain (both for myself, my son, our family, and friends).

My social media presence isn't gigantic, but I have strong relationships with many people within the neighboring communities. People have been interested in my fitness journey since it began, and it’s ever-evolving.

I’m really interested in aligning with brands that I share common values with. I’m genuine, passionate, and extremely disciplined and hard-working.
