Hi! My name is Lauren and I am a working mom with a 2 1/2 year old son & a 1 year old son. We are also a foster family and have had many kids through our home the last 4 years. I’m navigating life as a working mom, while prioritizing my health and wellness. We love to workout in our home gym, cook and spend all the time with our kids we can!
