Hi, I'm Lauren Steele, the starting women's water polo goalie at UCLA. My journey in water polo has been marked by dedication, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of excellence while having fun! Here are some of my key achievements:

Pete Cutino Award Finalist (most prestigious college water polo award)
Led UCLA to an undefeated 24-0 season this year, my freshman year

I am passionate about promoting a healthy, active lifestyle and sharing insights into my training, competition, and recovery routines. I also love going to the beach, cooking, travel and trying new things in my free time!
