Hi! My name is Lauren Wasikowski, and I’m a senior in the accelerated B.S. to M.S. Speech-Language Pathology program at the University of Rhode Island, where I’m also a pitcher on the softball team. As a student-athlete balancing graduate coursework and competitive athletics, health, performance, and confidence are at the center of my lifestyle. I’m passionate about wellness from yoga, Pilates, running, and lifting to fueling my body with snacks and products that support my busy schedule.

Beyond fitness, I love fashion, beauty, hair styling, and trying new products or trends. Whether I’m heading to practice, class, or the beach, I enjoy sharing products that genuinely fit into my everyday routine. I value authenticity and love connecting with other driven, motivated women. I’m always excited to try new brands, create engaging content, and build long-term partnerships.
