My name is Layna Kirchinger and I currently serve as the president for the Theta Chi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta at The University of Toledo in Ohio! With summer coming to an end, and the school year just being around the corner I was hoping to surprise my girls with some PR to start off the long tiring months ahead of us!
Soon we start preparing for our annual Panhellenic Recruitment and Work Week. We’re planning a series of events, from recruitment workshops to formal recruitment days, where a partnership with you would enhance the experience for both our active members and potential new members. With your products we can create Bid Day gifts for our new members, have memorable event experiences, and create a fun, positive environment to welcome new members into our sisterhood. With around 80 active members in our chapter and an expected new member class of approximately 20 members, our chapter would be so grateful to receive anything you're willing to offer. In return, we’re more than happy to offer social media promotion, content creation, and product exposure on all our platforms throughout our events which we have done in the past with other company collaborations (below are some linked photos from photoshoots) I would be thrilled to explore a partnership with you and see how we can support your brand while also creating meaningful memories for my girls and new members. I ultimately just want them to feel special and seen before we go into the fall and start being super busy!
