Hi! I’m Leighton — a content creator focused on wellness, mental health, beauty, fashion, and music, all through the lens of someone navigating chronic illness with honesty and humor. I was bedridden for nearly 2 years and in and out of hospitals — during that time, I lost my identity, confidence, and health. Creating content became a way to reconnect with myself and help others feel less alone. I share products, rituals, and moments that helped me heal — and continue to help me feel strong, grounded, and human again.
