About
I am the current VP of Membership for the Appalachian State University CHAARG Chapter. CHAARG stands for Changing Health, Attitudes + Actions to Recreate Girls. We are an organization that strives to build community while also growing confidence both in and out of the gym! I help plan events, manage recruitment, and facilitate communication between members. Our chapter looks forward to any opportunities to partner with brands that love all things health and wellness!
