My name is Lexi Mongillo and I serve as the Event and Outreach Coordinator for Thrive2Survive in Clark County WA. I organize and oversee community resource events, coordinate partner agencies, and ensure that individuals and families experiencing homelessness or instability can access housing support, identification assistance, basic needs, and stabilizing services. I care deeply about creating welcoming spaces and building strong partnerships that help people move toward stability.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog Suki. Giving back to the community is something that brings meaning to both my personal life and my professional work.
