I’m one of the owners of an F45 Training studio- Irvine, CA, where I lead operations, coordinate all major events, and coach as an active trainer. I also work as a Dental Hygienist at an office in Newport Beach, CA. Having 16 years in Dental health care, and 4 years in health and fitness, it has helped me create a wellness community. Being both behind the scenes and on the floor gives me a unique connection to our members and community. I’ve built a highly engaged, fitness-driven audience and create impactful events that bring people together through performance, competition, and lifestyle.
