I’m a working mom who’s passionate about wellness, self-care, and staying active while balancing everyday life. I share my journey in a realistic and relatable way, whether that’s fitting in workouts, prioritizing self-care, or spending quality time with my family. I also love trying new fitness classes and staying active with my girlfriends, which naturally inspires the content I create.
