The Lithuanian World Center (LWC) is located at 14911 127th Street in Lemont, IL, USA. It was established in 1987 as a non-profit organization that serves the social, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs of people of Lithuanian descent in the Chicago Metropolitan Area and throughout the world.

Our mission is to promote and preserve Lithuanian culture and heritage. The Center is a resource for the community and visitors to learn about and appreciate Lithuanian culture. We are a home to 50+ Lithuanian organizations.
The LWC offers Lithuanians the opportunity to attend Mass in their native language, to enjoy the companionship of friends and relatives, and is organizing various events, performances, seminars, lectures, art exhibits, discussions and traditional celebrations to the community and our guests.
