Fifty Twenty-Five Apartments is a premier student housing complex located just steps away from San Diego State University. This summer, we are preparing for our massive annual move-in event on August 20th, 2026, where we will be welcoming over 700 new tenants to our community of approximately 1,000 residents. We conduct events ranging from grab&go breakfast to community block parties where we invite all tenants and future prospects. In the San Diego area, we conduct weekly marketing around SDSU, local community colleges, Pacific Beach, and various local hot spots!
