I’m a communications specialist for Oneida Health and the Oneida Health Foundation, sharing stories that matter and connecting people to the things that impact their lives. I also work in local radio as an on-air radio personality.

Off the mic, I’m your community cheerleader, launching my podcast “Listen, It’s Liz”, promoting local events and businesses through social media, and serving as a trustee for the Utica Public Library.

Whether I’m hype-ing up local happenings, spotlighting businesses, or bringing people together, my goal is always the same: make our community stronger, brighter, and a little more fun.
