Hi, I’m Lizi, founder of LightHouse Women’s Weightlifting here in the heart of Surf City, North Carolina. I started LightHouse because I wanted to create a space where women could lift, grow, and feel good in their own skin — no judgment, no intimidation, just support and strength. We focus on helping women build real confidence, health, and power through expert coaching and a strong community that lifts each other up. At LightHouse, we’re on a mission to break the stigma that heavy lifting “isn’t for women.” We know the truth — women are meant to be strong, capable, and powerful, not small or weak.
