I am a co-founder of Annex Athletic Club, a boutique fitness concept built around rhythm-based cycling, heated Pilates, and strength training designed to elevate both body and mindset. With a passion for wellness, community, and thoughtful design, I created Annex to bring a next-level fitness experience to Tampa.
As a studio owner, mom of three, and lifelong wellness enthusiast, I am passionate about discovering and sharing products that support energy, longevity, recovery, and everyday well-being.
