Hi, I'm Loraine, a multidisciplinary creative in the holistic health and wellness realm. I am a mindful movement facilitator of yoga and aerial arts, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and holistic wellness event curator.

My mission for my business, Tala's Garden, is to serve as a vessel to encourage communities to nurture our relationship with ourselves so we may continue to share our purpose in this lifetime as fully embodied individuals for the good of all beings.
