Hi! My name is Lucy Schnapp, I graduated from high school in May 2024, and I am working towards my business degree. My hobbies include spending time with my family, working out (I LOVE spin classes), being outside, hanging out with my friends, working, reading, and cooking and baking! My goals in life are to get my business degree, my NASM certification, and continue on a health and wellness path. I wish to open a breakfast restaurant based off of my Mom’s parents German and Lithuanian recipes, an Italian dinner restaurant based off of my Italian heritage from my Dad’s family, and a bakery named Lulubelles, which is my moms nickname for me. I also hope to have a second bakery that specializes in dietary restrictions and is at least 90% employed by individuals with special needs. I also hope to become a certified fitness instructor and health and wellness coach, using social media and one-on-one advisor/client relationships to spread my knowledge and help others. Of course, the ultimate goal is to live a long, happy and healthy life, surrounded by love. Big dreams, but I know I can achieve them!
