I’m a content creator, UGC creator, mental health therapist, life coach, and someone who’s intentionally working on becoming the best version of myself in every area of my life.

I’m on my Becoming HER journey, which is focusing on creating real, lasting change from within. I’m becoming more intentional with my mindset, my habits, my finances, and the way I show up daily. I’m learning to rebuild my faith, honor my body, sharpen my mind, and allow myself to create again.
