Maci Graves is the Executive Director of Ponca City Main Street, where she leads a state and nationally accredited Main Street program focused on historic preservation, placemaking, and downtown revitalization. With over four and a half years of experience in nonprofit and public-sector leadership, Maci oversees all operational, financial, and strategic initiatives for the organization, including budget administration, grant management, marketing, and high-impact community programming.
Under her leadership, Ponca City Main Street has secured $300,000 in Oklahoma Main Street Incentive Program funding for city-led capital projects and established a $100,000 reserve fund for the program through the Ice on the Plaza fundraiser that has won multiple awards from Oklahoma Main Street Center and received the Redbud State Tourism Award for best for Outstanding New State Tourism Attraction in 2023 . The organization was also honored as Non‑Profit of the Year at the recent Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce Celebration, recognizing its impact on economic development, community engagement, and downtown vitality.
Maci serves as the primary liaison between downtown stakeholders, city leadership, and a 15-member board of directors, providing governance support and ensuring alignment with long-term transformation strategies. Her work has earned statewide recognition, including being named Oklahoma Main Street Director of the Year in 2025, along with multiple program awards for excellence in revitalization and tourism promotion.
A lifelong advocate for Ponca City, Maci has deep roots in the community and is committed to long-term public service. She brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to leadership, combining professional expertise in historic preservation, event and venue management, and municipal collaboration with a genuine passion for preserving and enhancing the places that matter most to her community.
