I spend my days in the nonprofit world as a Program Manager and my nights in a converted loft (that once was a bread factory) with my boyfriend and our sweet Cockapoo, Harley. I’m a Pilates girl who loves all things health and wellness, and I never pass up a good coffee shop, new recipe, or anything that makes life feel a little more fun and balanced. Yet I love to be spontaneous because you only live ONCE and I want that one time to be lived to the fullest.
