Hi, I’m Madison — a 23-year-old certified Mat Pilates instructor and the founder of Mad Movements.

I started Mad Movements because movement has done so much for me beyond the physical. Pilates has helped me build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to my body, and I truly believe movement can be a form of self-care, empowerment, and healing. My goal is to create workouts and promote a lifestyle that feels approachable, effective, and sustainable.
