I am the Head Manager for Houston Women's Basketball. The leader of the team behind our women's basketball team. Being the team that works behind the scenes, you have to get used to not being in the spotlight, being recognized, and rewarded for the work that you do. I want to use the platform that I am building as a way to kind of cater to our team managers as well as managers across the country.
