Esmeralda Aroz is the co-founder of Mamacitas, a women’s social collective built on the pillars of connection, empowerment, and self-love. What began as a simple idea to create space for authentic friendship has now grown into a vibrant community of women—from moms to entrepreneurs to creatives—who gather to support, inspire, and uplift one another.

Beyond building community, Esmeralda is passionate about sharing her own journey of resilience and growth, including navigating motherhood and her health journey, as a way to remind women that they are never alone. Her mission is to create spaces where women can show up unapologetically, pour into themselves first, and thrive both individually and together.

When she’s not organizing Mamacitas events or retreats, you can find Esmeralda enjoying time with her family, connecting with nature, or diving into her own practices of self-discovery.
