Mamacitas del Mat is a Latina-led wellness community, founded in September 2025, with the mission of creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for women. Our goal is to grow a community where women feel happy, supported, confident, and free of judgment.

Through movement-based events and intentional experiences, we bring women together to connect, prioritize their well-being, and feel truly seen - all while celebrating culture, wellness, and community.
