Hi im Mandy! I’m a 21-year-old college student in Minnesota, balancing school, life, and my biggest passion—dance. I’ve been on my college dance team for 4 years and a captain for the past 2, which has shaped me into a strong, motivated, and team-driven person. Being active is a huge part of who I am, and I’m always on the lookout for products that support a healthy, energized lifestyle—from wellness essentials to clothing that can keep up with busy days and long practices.

Outside of dance, I’m all about living a happy, balanced life. I have an amazing boyfriend and the cutest cat who keep me grounded and remind me to appreciate the little things. I’m passionate about promoting a positive, confident, and kickass mindset—because feeling good mentally is just as important as staying active physically.

I also love working with kids and being a role model through movement, positivity, and connection. Dance has always been my way of spreading joy, and I hope to continue building a community that supports healthy habits, strong relationships, and an uplifting lifestyle.
