Hi, I'm Marchella, founder of The Brokerage Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio in Nashville. Before opening my studio, I built my career in CPG brand management, where I developed expertise in consumer marketing, brand strategy, and creating campaigns that connect with consumers and drive results.

Today, I combine that experience with my passion for health and wellness to create meaningful brand partnerships through my Pilates community. My audience consists of engaged women who value movement, intentional living, and premium wellness and lifestyle products.

Beyond my own content, The Brokerage Pilates has an active community that naturally creates and shares authentic experiences every day. I also work with a dedicated social media team and UGC creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that showcases products in real-life settings—from studio classes and member events to lifestyle content and educational storytelling.

I understand both sides of a partnership—as a former brand manager and now a business owner—which allows me to create collaborations that feel authentic to my community while delivering thoughtful, strategic content for brands.
