In all honesty, I do not know how to define what I post. I guess it's just the overview of someone trying to navigate life, while living at its fullest, in the healthiest manner possible. This can take the shape of running, cycling, swimming, sailing, kiting, or outtakes from experiences and people in places around the world. I post content that I hope can be useful and meaningful, trying to not add more noise to the internet, choosing words and contents that carefully reflect my values and what I choose to live by.
