I found my path to becoming a fitness instructor through a mix of passion, curiosity, and a desire to represent my community. Growing up, I rarely saw instructors who looked like me in the fitness spaces. That absence inspired me to step into this role, not just to teach, but to create a space where everyone feels seen, welcome, and empowered.

My journey has been about more than mastering movement; it’s about cultivating connection, confidence, and inclusivity. I aim to bring the energy, care, and representation I once wished for to every class, helping others feel inspired to move, grow, and embrace their own strength.
