I do wellness, personal transformation, clean alternatives and real recommendations. I don’t have many followers (2.6k) but I have loyal ones. After dealing with depression and lack of energy, I have been soft launching my personal reinvention that came from necessity of change. It was that or probably jumping out of the balcony (not even kidding) My stress and cortisol levels were on the roof and my personal power was nowhere to be seen. My content is based in the things I am trying, learning and consuming to help me be productive yet happy in this world. To be my most successful self.
