My name is Marie-soleil, and I’m from Quebec, Canada.
I’m not someone who started this journey because life was easy or because I wanted attention online. I’m here because I survived things that could have destroyed me, and I want to turn that pain into something meaningful for others.
I am currently fighting stage 3 cancer while undergoing chemotherapy, all while being a full-time caregiver for my heavily disabled father. Life has forced me to grow up very quickly. I’ve experienced trauma, instability, grief, mental exhaustion, and moments where I truly did not know how I would keep going. But through all of it, I never lost my desire to connect with people, to create, and to make others feel less alone.
Beauty, self-care, gaming, and online communities became more than hobbies to me they became an escape, a comfort, and eventually a way to heal. They reminded me that even during the darkest moments of someone’s life, they still deserve to feel seen, confident, understood, and beautiful.
That is why I want to build my platform.
I want my social media presence to be more than content. I want it to become a safe place for people who are struggling silently people fighting illnesses, caregivers carrying the weight of their families, people battling mental health challenges, trauma, loneliness, or simply trying to survive difficult chapters of life.
I want to show people that vulnerability is not weakness. That you can still dream, create, laugh, love beauty, love fashion, love gaming, and express yourself even while going through unimaginable things.
Working with brands would not only help me financially during one of the hardest periods of my life, but it would also give me the opportunity to finally grow a voice and a community centered around authenticity, resilience, hope, and real human connection.
I don’t want to pretend to be perfect online. I want to be real. Because real stories are what truly change people.
My goal is simple:
to turn survival into purpose, and pain into something that helps others feel less alone.
