I run the socials, events, marketing, and more at PWR NYC a boutique Strength Training Gym. We offer 1:1, Duet, Small Group, and Group Strength Training classes at our two locations on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Our community is what makes us special and we host regular events to bring people together, share our new favorite products, and get workouts in!
