I’m a wellness creator, sound healer, and founder of Pique Lifestyle - a wellness experience brand rooted in intentional living, movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Traveling throughout the Southeast, I collaborate with luxury apartments, retreats, corporate teams, wellness spaces, and aligned brands to create experiences that support nervous system regulation, self-discovery, and holistic wellbeing.

My content lives at the intersection of wellness, spirituality, travel, movement, and lifestyle - blending yoga, sound healing, recovery rituals, conscious routines, and reflective storytelling into an approachable and visually immersive experience.
