I’m a nurse with a strong passion for wellness, health-conscious living, and creating meaningful experiences for people. As someone working in healthcare, I genuinely value products that help people feel their best, especially during travel, busy events, and long celebration weekends.

I’m currently planning a mountain wedding weekend at Black Canyon Inn and am intentionally incorporating wellness-focused touches for guests, including hydration and recovery essentials for the high elevation and outdoor activities.
