I’m a 30-something registered nurse and lifestyle creator living in Sacramento, CA. I curate content that highlights my love for wellness, outdoor activity, and community. I love to showcase my love for my city, my hobbies and interests, and the brands that align with my values.

I thrive when I'm hosting! I love to craft and open my home to loved ones. I host semi-annual farmers' market events for women primarily aged 25-35, similar to my audience on social platforms. I hope to expand this event and grow it into a connection and networking event among Sacramento locals.
