Multi-Unit Fitness Manager for Orangetheory Fitness Leesburg and Ashburn, where she leads studio operations, coach development, member engagement, and community partnerships. She is passionate about creating experiences that inspire people to challenge themselves, build confidence, and connect through fitness.

Before joining Orangetheory leadership, Meghan built her career in NCAA Division I athletics. As a former Division I soccer captain at The Ohio State University, she understands firsthand the discipline, resilience, and mindset required to perform at a high level. She later worked in student-athlete academic support at both The Ohio State University and The University of Texas at Austin, helping Division I football student-athletes succeed both academically and athletically.

An avid endurance athlete, Meghan enjoys taking on new endurance challenges that push her physical and mental limits. Her background in competitive athletics, endurance sports, and leadership shapes her approach to coaching and event planning—fostering inclusive, goal-driven communities where athletes of every level feel supported.
