I am a student at the University of Maryland, College Park. I host registration drives for the Gift of Life Bone Marrow registry! I have added almost 2,000 UMD students to the bone marrow registry. Gift of Life recruits people to join the registry for people looking for a bone marrow or stem cell transplant. The registry is completely non-binding but it gives individuals suffering from blood related cancers and diseases the hope for a second chance at life. Individuals between 18-35 are the most viable donors, so recruiting on campus is really important!
