I'm the founder of Talk Like a Girl, the first women's community, media, and networking brand built for early- to mid-career women. Drawing on a career spanning acute healthcare, CPG, and consulting, I launched Talk Like a Girl after witnessing a critical gap between the advice young women were receiving and the real, actionable insights they needed to navigate a tough job market and a growing loneliness epidemic. Over the past three years, I have built a global platform reaching millions of women worldwide, driven by a singular belief: when women talk to each other honestly and boldly, they don't just survive their careers. They redefine them.
