I’m Mia, a junior at the University of Utah and a proud member of Alpha Phi. Health and wellness are a huge part of my life, and fitness has been one of my biggest passions for the last several years. I love anything that makes you feel your best, whether that’s a great workout, a solid self-care routine, or discovering new products that actually support your lifestyle. When I’m not on campus or in the gym, you can usually find me snowboarding, traveling, or trying new restaurants and drinks with family and friends.
I’m also really interested in the world of marketing and love exploring how brands connect with people in an authentic way. My long-term goal is to work in medical sales within the aesthetics industry, but right now I’m excited to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience by partnering with brands I genuinely love and use. I’m all about sharing real parts of my life, staying active, and helping others feel confident in their own routines.
