With over 25 years in creative direction, experiential strategy, production design and brand development, Michelle Leshem is a senior-level creative executive known for building culture-driven campaigns that bridge business-to-business strategy and consumer engagement. As Co-Founder of Supermarket Creative, she has experiential projects for global brands across fashion, design, lifestyle, and hospitality developing immersive experiences for some of the world’s leading companies. Her background in music performance and production also informs a unique cross-generational understanding of how sound, culture, and design intersect to shape modern storytelling. In 2024, she launched Disco + Design, the first curatorial arm of Supermarket Creative an experiential platform and exhibition exploring the relationship between cultural installations, immersive design, and retail environments. Now entering its second year, with a new exhibition Disco + Design has received recognition from Dezeen, Spin Magazine, Forbes, and Haute Living, and is expanding into multiple U.S. markets aligned with design week seasons. Through Supermarket Creative and Disco + Design, Michelle continues to redefine how brands participate in culture blending strategy, art, sound, and experience into narratives that resonate deeply with both industry and audience.
